I am assuming this device uses a D8:C7:C8 OUI (it's on various MAC labels affixed to the FCC EUT and its wireless modules).

This device is identical to the Aruba Networks AP-135 with the exception of the antennas. This device uses external antennas the AP-135 uses internal antennas.
