"Side B" and "AP : 20-100850-000 REV1" is silkscreened on the main component side of the board in the FCC photos. "Side A", "CAS01.00A", "S/N: 81-100850-00[ ]" is silkscreened on the back of the board.

Similar if not identical to the Airespace 1250 (AS-1250-ABG-EXT), again Wistron NeWeb is the presumed manufacturer

The RAM chip appears to be a MT48LC4M32B2. The Flash is likely 4MB like the Airespace 1250.
