The DIR-862L main board appears to be the same used by the DIR-863, and also uses the QCA9558 WiSoC. There is an unpopulated spot on the board for a NAND Flash IC, and the 863L uses two 16MB flash chips. Another source indicates the DIR-866L FCC ID matches that of the DIR863L.
