"M26H003", "REV.0 GP", and "801357" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

A MAC label w/ a 3C:77:E6 OUI is affixed to the RF shield. It's presumed to be used.

This device is filed under a CyberTAN FCC ID grantee code..

but would seem to be a Foxconn manufactured device.
