"3028-000022" is silkscreened on one side on the top of the board. "ID:28-000062", "04-15-2004", and "RT1005D-82" is silkscreened on the other side on the top of the board.

A label affixed to the top of the board has "RT1005D-82" printed on it (among other things).

It would seem likely that this device uses (AR2312 / AR2313) and AR2112.
