FCC documents for the Netgear EX7300v2 also list this Netgear EX6400v2 and explain the differences as follows,

"The listed models are electrically and mechanically identical. The intention of these models is only for RF output transmit antenna (EX7300v2 2.4G: 4T4R; EX6400v2 2.4G: 3T3R) and different NETGEAR logo (EX7300v2 has silver coating. EX6400v2 has no silver coating) purpose."

Despite retaining the AC1900 label of the first Netgear EX6400 in its marketing material, FCC documents suggest that the Netgear EX6400v2 can now support 450 Mbps for 2.4GHz 802.11n due to its three spatial streams. There was a lot of confusion about where the AC1900 rating came from for the v1 anyways.

This device was under short-term confidentiality, but that expired 07/20/2019.
