This is the Third generation Roku Ultra and may be referred to as the 2019 model. It may be labeled as 4670R when sold at retail. It comes with a new Enhanced Voice Remote with TV power and volume buttons and two personal shortcut buttons.

It became FCC certified through a Class II Permissive Change request to the ID for the Roku Ultra (4660X2) on September 19, 2019. Hardware details are presumed to be the same, except for the memory being doubled to 2 GiB, and are copied from the Roku Ultra (4660X2).

This "new" model appears to come with a remote with model number RC-AL9 (FCC ID: TC2-RCB16) which is identical to the previous RC-AL4 remote except it has a new preset button.

"Bryan REV.03 GP 2000000108-03" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

The ID of the Wi-Fi radio chip is not clear but the specs and size seem to suggest that it is a RTL8812BU.
