.. Hm? Dual-channel 8188xxes? .. as in non-1T1R 8188xx chips? ... with support for more than one spatial stream?

CU vs. SU

According to [1], SU chips are FullMAC ("The driver communicates with the firmware through high-level commands") and firmware is bigger while the CU are SoftMAC (" leaving most of the work to the driver")
