Wireless-N Broadband Router
"V1.0" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
"V1.1" is silkscreened on the board in the images below (of which the board seems to be identical to the Nexxt Solutions Nebula 150 [W311R] PCB)
The schematics show the device as using a KH29LV320CBTC-70G / KH29LV160CBTC-70G Flash chip and a HY57V641620FTP-7 RAM chip (w/ a note that the second module may not be installed when using RT3050). The device is shown as using one RAM chip in the internal photos.
The power supply included with the router pictured below is a Shenzhen Heweishun Network Technology TEA09-09060 (9V, 0.6A). ID/OD/Len measurements are approximate.
The FCC EUT's label shows it as having a MAC starting with 00:B0:0C. This OUI may be used for some units..
