The FCC Test Report document explains that the model 4FIC0 lacks

"WOIP/CAN Bus/HDMI/CVBS" as compared to this 4FIC1 model.

Wi-Fi capabilites are not clear at this time other than the fact that both

2.4/5GHz are supported. Presumed to support abgn+ac, for now.
