"BL-R5357BF1" and "VER1.1" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

The sample SSID in B-LINK's manual is B-LINK_90E09F, indicating that

the default SSID pattern is B-LINK_XXXXXX (w/ upper case hex digits)
.. this is presumed to be correct.

WiGLE shows that two uses of this format w/ the B-LINK_9XXXXX pattern

are using 44:33:4C (Shenzhen Billian Electronic) OUIs.
This is also presumed to be used...
