"jent" and "XG6640 Wireless Gateway Rev: 0.1" are silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

Per the manual, the default SSID is Blitzz. WiGLE data shows the Blitzz SSID has three main OUIs - 00:E0:98 (AboCom), 00:01:38 (XAVi), and 00:03:6D (Runtop). The OUI for the device is presumed to be 00:01:38.

The power adapter shown in the FCC photos is an OEM AD-1550 (120VAC ~ 60Hz, 13W -> 15VDC, 500mA).
