Per the below photos.. (this is a v2.0 unit) the device is using..

  • CPU: QCA9558 (QCA9558-AT4A) 3x3 abgn (bgn, in this instance) WiSoC
  • Flash: Eon Q64-104HIP (EN25Q64-104HIP) - 8MB SPI flash
  • RAM: 2x Hynix H5PS5162GFR-Y5C - 64MB DDR2 SDRAM (128MB total)
  • WLAN: QCA9880 (QCA9880-AR1A, appears to be QCA9880v1) 3x3 an/ac PCIe
  • SW: AR8327N (AR8327N-AL1A) GbE switch (w/ hardware NAT)

this may be a China specific version as it looks a bit different from

the stock photos provided by TP-LINK
