From the unit populating this entry...

  • The P/N on the hub's label is 1934800. It is a revision D unit.
  • "adaptec", "AUH-4000/7000", and "ASSEMBLED IN SINGAPORE" is silkscreened on top of the board.
    • This board (or a similar one) is clearly used (or was slated to be used) for both the AUH-4000 and the AUH-7000. There are spots for all the components that would be used in the AUH-7000.
  • "CFC FREE", "FAB 1922207-00 REV B", and "GX B-V0A PCB TAIWAN" is on the back of the board. A label with "BC0D23320NG" (the S/N) is also affixed to the back.

The copyright year on the box (and everything inside the box) is 2001.

Appearance of the XHub4+ in the Nov. 11 2001 Computer Shopper

There would appear to be an additional model using this same hub.. the XHub4+. The only major differences seem to be that a stand and picture frame insert is included (likely the same as the AUH-7000 / XHub7+), though - who knows - maybe the board is also shielded on that model as well (as it is on the XHub7+).

The power adapter included with the unit is a Deer Computer AD1205C V2.1 (100-240VAC ~ 0.5A -> 4.0-5.5VDC 2.5A / 12.5W max).
