The processor appears to be a Sigma Designs SMP8652A.. but it's pretty blurry in the FCC photos.

"INTEL WIDI REFERENCE PLATFORM", "REV: 1.10", and "PCB_MADE_IN_CHINA" appears to be silkscreened on the main board.
"PTV-1000/V2_WIDI REV: 1.01" and "PCB MADE IN CHINA" is silkscreened on the wireless module.

The manufactuer of the device is noted as Maintek Computer (Suzhou) (presumed Pegatron involvement) in the FCC test report.
