"Rev.A1" and "SOHO-GSW205T" is silkscreened on one the top of one AGIGA5SW - a date code of 0347 was found on the back. It's presumably a CAMEO product.

The same board is found on an Elecom switch at this reference (JP).

A heatsink was attached (though, not too well) to the BCM2014 PHY.
