"250-543200-202" appears to be silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

Default settings are per the FCC manual.

The default SSID pattern (or at least one of them) appears to be Aztech5005_XXXX, where XXXX is the last 4 digits (upper case letters) of the BSSID.
