- The RAM chip used is specified as a Hynix NT5TU32M16DG-AC or H5PS5162GFR (both are 512Mb / 64MB).
This device has three 10/100 FE LAN ports, one 10/100/1000 GbE LAN port (a GbE PHY is apparently in the WiSoC), and one 10/100/1000 WAN port (w/ external B50612E PHY).
