Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics is the presumed manufacturer of this dongle (they make BT's other two newer dongles).

The drivers on the Windows Update (WinXP drivers) site seem to indicate the probable USB ID for the device is 0a5c:43a0. It is the only ID labeled as BT Wi-Fi Dongle in the driver set (the rest are labeled as BT Dual-Band Wi-Fi Dongle).
