This device is quite similar to the Accton WG3005D, and is presumably a sub-model of the device. I did, however, not take a photo of the Accton model sticker during the time I had access to a unit.
A user editing this page indicated that his unit had a bad capacitor (particularly the big Nichicon 6.3V 1500μF).
