"RT403W-D91 REV2.0" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

The firmware version flashed at the factory is 1.34.

The 802.11g radio's MAC address is 1 greater than that of the MAC used by the 802.11a radio. The WAN+LAN ports and the 802.11a radio use the same MAC address.
