Wireless N Range Extender
The wireless chip may be a RTL8192SE. Per the FCC photos, one external RP-SMA connector (left) is connected to an internal U.FL connector.
A user added the ESMT M12L2561616A-6T as a RAM chip. FCC photos show a Winbond W9825G6EH-6.
