"34-WIP311-A0" is silkscreened on the board.

This device has a 10/100 Switch but only 10Mbit WAN and LAN uplink (provided by the on-board RTL8019ASes). There is no FCC ID printed on the label on the bottom of the unit.

To reset the device to factory defaults, hold the reset button while powering on the device. Release the reset button once M1 and M2 start blinking.
