The FCC EUT's photos are not particularly good - the SoC (which would seem to be a BCM63281) is covered w/ a heatsink and the resolution is low. A MAC label w/ a 1C:BD:B9 (D-Link International) OUI is affixed to the board, but it is not known if it is used.
