Ultra-compact Portable Cloud Access Device

Datasheet

"OPHELIA-6050A2585301" and "-USBPLUGRT-AX1-001" (and some additional stuff)

is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

This would appear to be the Dell Project Ophelia cloud access stick, previously touted at CES.

This device can be powered solely with the MHL (also HDMI) connector..

or via the (optional) Micro USB port (also w/ OTG capability).

DRAM chip appears to be mounted above the SoC.

Antutu results indicate Broadcom Dual-core 1.0GHz chip
with a VideoCore IV GPU similar to Broadcom BCM28155
states the device was using RK3066 w/ 1GB RAM and 8GB Flash
at the time, which appears to have been imputed from this C|Net post
stating the use of a 1.6GHz Dual-core ARM (Cortex-A9) processor
