This device is noted on Kaloz's GIGABYTE product list thread on the OpenWrt Forums.

Notes the CPU as a Brecis MSP2006 @ 170MHz, RAM as being 2x ICSI IC42S16800-7T (32 MB), and the FE Switch as an IC+ IP175A

Brecis MSP200x SoCs are MMU-less. Gigabytes latest FW has this running μClinux (kernel 2.4.20). GN-B49G Hacking thread on the OpenWrt Forums
