User Guide (via archive.org)
as an U-MEDIA device (dated 04/17/2008)
This device is presumed to be a U-MEDIA WRT-383U based on the appearance and specs.
It is also quite similar in appearance to the TRENDnet TEW-631BRP V2.0R (U-MEDIA WRT-372U), but the WRT-383U also appears to be used for a later revision TEW-631BRP.
However... the WRT-383U is shown with colored Ethernet jacks (blue for WAN, yellow for LAN).. while the WRT-372U is shown with black Ethernet jacks. The WRT-383U is also shown as using a 12V 1A power adapter versus the WRT-372U's 5V 2.5A adapter.
