- The Motorola logo, "P/N: 541663-004 REV: 1", "MADE IN TAIWAN", and PCB manuf. text ("120N6423-02R 5-2", "TCI-S1S H /_\ 94V-0", and a date code of 0935) are silkscreened on one board bearing this P/N
- "P/N: 541662-011-00" is (among other things) printed on the label affixed to the tuner shield.
