Teardowns Motorola SBG6580 - BCM3380 modem IC,
though according to this the switch is BCM53115SKFBG
(it appears to be Broadcom BCM53125 from the FCC photos)

"SBG6580 MAIN BOARD", "571511-001 REV: 2", "Otc-16-2009", and "MADE IN TAIWAN" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

The default SSID pattern appears to be SBG6580XX (where XX appears to be two hex digits, upper case letters)
or MOTOROLA-XXXXXX (where XXXXX is presumably the last three octets of the BSSID minus a character).
