While not really represented well in the infobox, this is a tri-radio device - all radios
- (2x 5GHz [11an+ac], 1x 2.4GHz [11bgn]) used are BCM4366 (FullMAC)
This is an artificially limited Costco exclusive model.
- In this case, the R8300 is a R8500 with NitroQAM (1024QAM) and TurboQAM (256QAM)
- disabled on the four stream 2.4GHz 802.11n radio limiting its maximum theoretical
- speed to 600Mbps instead of 1000Mbps. Also, the USB 2.0 port was removed for R8300.
