This device (alternate model MC423D_H?) uses Qualcomm's WFB400 chipset (the successor to Airgo's AGN300 chipset). It was likely never publicly released.

"701-00224-04" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

The Windows device description shown in the FCC manual is shown as QUALCOMM WFB400 802.11n Wireless Adapter and Airgo Networks AGN400 True MIMO (tm) Wireless Adapter.

A MAC label w/ a 00:0A:F5 (Airgo) OUI is affixed to the device in the FCC photos. It has been assigned to this entry for no reason.
