Same as the TL-WR340GD aside from the antenna configuration. The TL-WR340G has an integral antenna. The TL-WR340GD has a RP-SMA connector.
There are multiple revisions of this device. I don't know what the differences between v1 and v2 (and others) are. v3 switches to an Atheros AR8236 switch (see below DD-WRT forums thread).
