Atheros INT6400A1G, Intellon INT1400, EtronTech EM639165TS-6G (16MB RAM),
and Eon serial flash.
  • "PE925PLA-02A2.PCB" is silkscreened on the power board.
"P/N: PCB-925PL02A2" is silkscreened on the HomePlug board.
A sticker on the HomePlug board reads "925PLA02A212" and "PFB00705(RoHS)".
"37NB-W231B0+4B0[ ]REV:B[ ]" is silkscreened on the main board in the FCC photos.
This is a Netronix P/N.

MAC labels affixed to the FCC EUT indicate the device uses a 00:14:D1 OUI,

which is corroborated by WiGLE data.
