Per Tekram's website (via archive.org), there appear to be multiple revisions of the device. From the driver files, all revision prior to v2.5 are 0b3b:1612 ID devices. v2.5 devices have 0b3b:1601 IDs and use the Intersil PRISM 2.5/3 chipset. The Tekram link also includes drivers for the device (but specifies that it is without XP support).
