"AAM6070TPB2", "REV: 1.01", and "PCB MADE IN CHINA" appears to be silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

There is a BCM3341 (BCM6341?) on board. FCC photos appear to show the device with 2x Samsung K4S281632-TC75 (16MB RAM each, 32MB total?).
