802.11a/g/n PCIE Mini Card
From a card pulled out of a Western Digital My Net N900 Central (2TB)...
- "8WMCND02.1A1G" is silkscreened on the bottom of the card.
- "802.11 a/g/n PCIE Mini card" and "REV-A1" is silkscreened on the card on the top (underneath the RF shielding).
- The card is using 3x SiGe SE2595L FEMs.
- The card is locked into operating in the 5G band only - as a wireless module in the N900 Central, it is the 5G module.
- The PCI ID used by the card is 168c:0030 (168c:3112). This is the same ID used by the sister module, the Alpha Networks WMC-N02.
- The OUI hard-coded into the card is 00:03:7F.
I don't know if this module was used in any other devices other than the N900 Central or marketed to other companies, but, if so, the details will probably differ.
