"RTA1030W", "41-000170", and "REV1.3" (?) is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

Multiple models are defined by this FCC ID entry...

  • RTA1030W (USB slave)
  • RTA1031W (no USB slave)

Appears to have been used by Dynalink / NetComm (whirlpool.net.au entry, SpeedGuide.net entry). The BT Voyager 2091 also appears to be this model (OpenWrt forum thread, Random forum post with internal shot showing Askey part number).

The FCC manual would seem to indicate the SSID follows the pattern of RTA1030W-XXXXXX. There is WiGLE support for this pattern (OUIs 00:1B:9E and 00:21:63).
