FCC photos show the device with a RT3050, FCC schematics show the device with an RT3052.

The FCC manual states antenna 1 is for RX only, so the device probably does indeed use RT3050.

Default settings are per the FCC label.

The default SSID pattern appears to be JCG-XXXXXX where XXXXXX is the last three octets of the BSSID (upper case letters).

Per the FCC documents (and supporting WiGLE data), the 00:E0:4B OUI is presumed to be used.
