54 Mbps Wireless Router
• Support page
"MADE IN TAIWAN" and "??00M400C" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos. This would seem to indicate the device was manufactured by SerComm.
The Flash for these devices appears to be 1MB. 8MB RAM? Seems to be eCos based..
Per the Seattle Wireless wiki (WGR614 page) (which appears to be sourced from this linux-hacker.net thread), the v4 uses the 88W8510 and has a 88E6060 switch.
Per the manual, the default SSID is NETGEAR. WiGLE would seem to indicate the device has the Marvell-AP32 when booting (like other Marvell AP-32 based units) [1]
