This is the second generation Roku Ultra, sometimes referred to as the 2018 model. It comes with a Enhanced Voice Remote with TV power and volume buttons.
"Bryan REV.03 GP 2000000108-03" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
The ID of the Wi-Fi radio chip is not clear but the specs and size seem to suggest that it is a RTL8812BU.
