This modem doesn't really fit in with SMC's usual naming scheme. Does anyone actually refer to this as the SMCD3CM1604?

There's no sources on the page that substantiate this new model number, and it seems to be contradicted by the above sources (plus this device label) so I'm simply going to revert the edits.
