Wireless PCMCIA Model appears to be an Accton WG3005B1-17, but this wiki appears to think that is a complete router.

looking at the FCC photos, the card is marked w/ a P/N of 141330220000E, which seems to indicate it is a WN3302 variant

Accton / Arcadyan / etc router/gateway models generally seem to be prefixed with WG, adapters w/ WN, and WAPs w/ WA --M86 (talk) 05:40, 5 January 2014 (EST)
