FCC ID?

What exactly is the reason for including the FCC id H8N-PKE1331BP? While PKE1331-08 is printed on the PCB of the TC7200, H8N-PKE1331BP refers to a completely different device and PCB. On the other hand, the PCB depicted in the FCC docs for H8N-TC7300 is the same PCB as found in the TC7200, with some locations unpopulated (physical on/off switch, USB port). The board is marked PKE1331-09.
