"Nav_Wireless_Bridge_MB_DVT_6420" is silkscreened on the DaVinci SoC board.

There does not appear to be a view of the radio board in the FCC documents.

The FCC test report indicates that this device uses TMS320DM6441 and AR5312.

The logic board is specified as having 128Mb of Flash and 512Mb of DDR2 RAM.
The radio board is specified as having 32Mb of Flash and 128Mb of SDRAM.
